Reservations
Reservations are released at 10am Central time on the first of the month for the following month. For example, on January 1st, reservations will be released for the month of February. All availability is listed online.
Maximum party size: 6 guests
For parties over 6 people please email us at info@guacayabistreaux.com to better help you. A $25 will be charge for reservations over 5 people.
Walk-ins
There are 12 seats at our bar and counter that are available for walk-in guests each night. We encourage you to join us! For our dining room, we recommend booking in advance, but in the event of a last-minute cancellation, we’re always happy to welcome walk-in diners. Subject to availability.
Hours
Tuesday – Saturday 5pm to 10pm (Friday & Saturday Bar Open till 11pm)
Sunday – 11am - 2:30pm (Brunch) - 5pm - 9pm (Dinner)
Cancellations
As a small restaurant, we require a credit card for all reservations. For cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation, a $25 per person fee will apply.
Events
Our dining room and bar can welcome up to 60 guests for a private event. For the lounge side we can welcome 25 guests for private events. Please email info@guacayabistreuax.com to enquire about holding your next event at Guacaya Bistreaux.
Corkage
$35 per 750ml bottle. Limit 2 bottles.
Hospitality Charge
A 3% Credit card fee will be added to all credit card transactions. Parties over 8 people and more may incur an automatic 20% auto gratuity.
